The Platter Shack is a family-owned business started by Chazz & Sabrina Fellenz.  We are a fully insured, full-service catering and mobile kitchen.  We are dedicated to bringing quality food anywhere you are. If it can be plated, we make it. We pride ourselves in having the ability to make custom menus to meet whatever taste you desire. We guarantee our quality and our price!!!

We do private parties (small/large), weddings (outdoor/indoor), provide "The Private Chef Experience," and so much more!!!
